Unreal Realty

Unreal Realty is a realty company that was set up by Marnie Piper's mother while Marnie was away to Witch University. Marnie's mom, Gwen Piper, was so lonely that she needed a job to occupy her time so she decided to start a realtor business. Naturally, the phone number for Unreal Realty is listed as (801) 555-0174. Gwen Piper was probably the only real estate agent of the Unreal Realty real estate company.

Unreal Realty is probably made up for the movie Return to Halloween Town. It is a legitimate real estate business in the movie. Gwen Piper had a few clients whom she showed around some houses. But, she was no good as a realtor because she was thinking of Marnie the whole time she was showing people houses.

Using magic as a realtor

For example, one of the houses she showed a couple had too many leaves on the yard and the people complained that it was a dump so she used magic to magically get rid of the leaves.

It is very handy to be able to use magic when you are selling homes because people will always want something that the homes do not have. With magic, you can just make anything happen.

One of the homes what Gwen showed the clients was a small home but the people wanted a big home so she, again, magically made the home bigger.

In real life, this cannot happen of course which is why the name of the realty is called Unreal Realty. In reality, a bigger home will need bigger land and the city will also need to collect more taxes.
